Development of the Montenegro National Adaptation Plan (NAP)

Adapt40 worked with UNDP Montenegro team on the development of Montenegro’s National Adaptation Plan (NAP).

Working with a team of consultants, implementing participatory approaches to engage a wide range of stakeholders to verify sectoral vulnerability assessments, shortlisting and prioritising key vulnerabilities, identifying and assessing adaption options. The delivery team drafted the final report which will then go through a public consultation process.

The NAP has a sectoral focus on Health, Tourism, Water and Agriculture and integrates cross-cutting themes such as gender, social inclusion and ecosystem-based adaptation.
