Adaptation Fund Proposal for Montenegro’s Tara River Catchment

The Adapt40 are working with the UNDP and Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development of the North, to create a $25m Adaptation Fund Proposal focused on developing the resilience of the 10 municipalities in the Tara River catchment to climate change.

The proposal will build on Montenegro's National Adaptation Plan, and focus on early warning systems, sustainable livelihoods, eco-tourism, flood and wildfire management and nature-based solutions.
